2. Free International Shipping

We offer free shipping on all international orders. This applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.

3. Canadian Orders

Shipping rates for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the current offer at checkout.

4. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are:

- The responsibility of the recipient
